§1. General

1.1. These Terms govern use of the BZZT mobile application (the “App”) for iOS.

1.2. The provider and operator of the App is Cybird Consulting Dariusz Ptaszek, Tax ID (NIP): 7343126589, Chmielna 2/31, 00-020 Warsaw, Poland, phone: +48 531 159 585, email: bzzt.zone@gmail.com (CEIDG, the Polish business registry) (the “Operator”).

1.3. These Terms are made available free of charge in the App in a form that allows them to be obtained, reproduced, and stored.

1.4. The App allows users to detect other users in their physical proximity, send anonymous signals of interest, form mutual matches (“Sparks”), and use safety features such as blocking and reporting profiles.

1.5. Communication with the Operator regarding general matters, complaints, safety, and moderation decisions is conducted via email at bzzt.zone@gmail.com. Communication may be in English or Polish.

1.6. Use of the App requires acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy and meeting the technical requirements set out in §3.

§2. Definitions

2.1. App — the BZZT mobile application enabling proximity-based discovery and contact.

2.2. User — a natural person aged 18 or older who has created an account and accepted these Terms.

2.3. Signal — an anonymous expression of interest sent to another User in physical proximity.

2.4. Spark — a mutual match formed when two Users send each other a Signal.

2.5. Ping — a broadcast signal indicating the User's presence to others nearby.

2.6. Radar — the App screen showing an abstract representation of distance and direction relative to other Users.

2.7. Account — the individual User profile created upon successful registration and phone verification.

§3. Technical requirements and registration

3.1. To use the App you need: a compatible iOS device, internet access, an active phone number capable of receiving SMS, the current version of the App, and location services enabled.

3.2. Registration requires providing a phone number and verifying it with a one-time SMS code (OTP).

3.3. Users agree to provide truthful, current information that does not infringe the rights of third parties.

3.4. The App is intended only for adults (18+).

3.5. As a rule, one User may hold one Account.

§4. Acceptable use

4.1. The App may be used only in a manner consistent with applicable law, these Terms, and the safety of others.

4.2. Prohibited: harassment, intimidation, hate speech, sexual harassment, posting pornographic content or content inciting violence.

4.3. Prohibited: using the App to stalk others, evade blocks, scrape data, or use bots.

§5. Safety and moderation

5.1. A User may block another User at any time. Blocking is two-sided.

5.2. A User may report a profile that violates the law or these Terms.

5.3. The Operator reviews reports and may suspend or remove an Account.

5.4. A User may appeal a moderation decision within 6 months.

§6. Location and privacy

6.1. The App uses location only in foreground mode.

6.2. Exact location is never disclosed to other Users.

6.3. Details in the Privacy Policy.

§7. Complaints

7.1. Complaints: bzzt.zone@gmail.com. Resolution within 14 days.

§8. Account deletion

8.1. A User may delete their Account in profile settings or by contacting the Operator.

§9. Paid features

9.1. The App is free of charge. The Operator may introduce paid features in the future.

§10. Final provisions

10.1. These Terms are governed by Polish law. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights granted by the law of the User's country of residence.
