Login problems

If you have trouble logging in, verifying your phone number, or accessing your account, email us at bzzt.zone@gmail.com with the phone number associated with your account.

How does the radar work?

The radar shows people within roughly 100 meters (330 ft) of your location. Your exact location is never disclosed to other users — they see only an approximate direction and distance.

What is a signal (bzzt)?

A signal is an anonymous way to get someone's attention. You can send up to 3 signals per day. The recipient only knows that someone nearby sent them a signal.

What is a spark?

A spark is created when two people send each other a signal. A spark lasts 30 minutes — that's your window to walk over and say hi in real life.

Reporting violations

1. In the app: tap a user's profile, then the “Report” button.

2. By email: describe the situation and send to bzzt.zone@gmail.com.

Every report is reviewed within 48 hours.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account from profile settings inside the app. If you can't access the app, send a deletion request to bzzt.zone@gmail.com. Data is removed within 30 days, in line with our Privacy Policy.
